McKinney Area Newcomers Club 2026-2027 President

Welcome! We are glad you have found us! If you are looking for a place to connect and make new friends, enjoy social activities, hear interesting speakers and/or just have fun – the McKinney Area Newcomers Club (MANC) is for you!

MANC is a social club whose mission is to foster friendship and encourage active participation in a variety of activities, events and community outreach initiatives If you are new to McKinney, or have been here for many years, we are certain you can find something that is just right for you.

Founded in 1993, MANC started with just 9 members and has grown to more than 300 members. One of the first things started by the Club was our Special Interest Groups. We have more than 40 different groups that you can join, that are varied by nature. If you enjoy reading, drinking wine, dining out or playing games and cards, there is sure to be something that is right up your alley!

Our monthly meetings are held:

3rd Tuesday of the month
Collin College McKinney Campus, Conference Center
9:30am social time and coffee, 10am Meeting

Our Activities

Club Meetings

Whether you are new to the area or not, our club welcomes you. Please join us at our monthly meeting, where you can socialize, hear an educational speaker or enjoy some entertainment,

Please join the men and women of our club at our monthly meeting. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. In the event of inclement weather, McKinney Area Newcomers Club follows the McKinney Independent School District with respect to meeting or canceling events.

9:30am: Social Time and Refreshments
10:00-11:30am: Group Meeting

Groups & Social Events

Our interest groups are where the fun begins. The club has over 40 groups open for participation. You must be a fully paid-up member of the club to participate in any interest group. If you bring a new interest to the club, a new group can be created.
